Naturopath and Massage Practitioner
Jodie is a compassionate, dedicated practitioner, with a commitment to supporting you as you explore ways to find your best health. As a naturopath, Jodie uses a range of complementary medical techniques, including massage, iridology, herbs, nutritional supplements, dietary and lifestyle advice to help you feel great. Unpacking your unique health picture is the key to matching treatment options best suited to restore and maintain your wellbeing, so a supportive therapeutic relationship is part of walking this road.
Having now worked in the health industry for over 14 years, first as a massage practitioner and then as a naturopath, she understands the struggle many people have finding the right advice at the right time and how overwhelming it can be sorting the good from the bad in the age of digital information. Jodie believes that being the key player in your own health story can be empowering and vital to looking after yourself, mind body and spirit but having a guide can help get to this point.
A qualified Naturopath and Massage Practitioner, Jodie focuses on finding small ways to help you make changes to your lifestyle that deliver big benefits in health and wellbeing. Tailoring a health solution in line with your needs but also to your lifestyle and abilities. Change can be a challenge, but with the right support, you will find it just got that little bit easier.
When Jodie isn’t treating clients you can often find her walking with her neighbours, endulging in regular yoga and meditation sessions, volunteering for the environment and hanging out with her partner and their cats.
Growing up in a small country town, Jodie knows the value of community and she supports local fundraising and is an administrator for an online group of over 5,000 people in the local Sunshine area looking for ways to be more involved in their community.
Jodie’s work is always evolving through her continued commitment to constant learning and development. It’s this dedication that earned her an award for excellence during her final year of Naturopathic studies in 2011.
